We have three fully developed formulas in different price ranges and are happy to prepare a quote for a tailor-made visit. Company visits can be made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday. By appointment, visits can also take place on other days and/or times.

Formula 1 – Andromeda (min. 10 people / max. 25 people)
After a warm welcome by the director, an experienced guide will take you on an exclusive tour of the ‘Race to the Moon’ XPO. There you will learn all kinds of fascinating things about both the Apollo era and the current and future exploration of our nearest neighbor: the Moon. We conclude in the well-equipped Lemaitre auditorium with the visually impressive ‘A beautiful planet’ documentary.

This visit is also possible from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM! After your visit you can have a nice chat in our Astrocafé!

Formula 2 – Cassiopeia (min. 10 people / max. 25 people)
After the director has warmly greeted your group, an experienced edutainer will take you to the ‘Sputnik Lab’ workshop room where you will build a real rocket. The innovative IXO micro rocket developed by ourselves is weather-resistant, durable, reusable and reaches a flight height of no less than 100 meters!

12.00 – Group photo and launches!

Formula 3 – Pegasus (min. 15 people / max. 25 people)
After the reception and welcome by the director, an experienced guide will take you on an exclusive tour of the ‘Race to the Moon’ XPO. There you will learn all kinds of fascinating things about both the Apollo era and the current and future exploration of our nearest neighbor: the Moon. Then you can relax in the cozy seats of the well-equipped ‘Lemaitre’ auditorium where you can enjoy the visually impressive ‘A beautiful planet’ documentary.
After lunch and a break we literally fly in and build a real rocket that flies no less than 100 meters high! This micro rocket is our own design based on more than thirty years of experience and our most popular workshop for 8 to 88 year olds. You’re never too old to build a rocket…

The tapas dish, a classic among snacks. If you want to spoil your guests during a reception, this will definitely be a real blockbuster! In our Astrocafé we have a wide range of soft drinks, beers and hot drinks at reasonable prices!

Extensive BBQ with chicken fillet, sausage, ribs and skewer (vegetarian alternative if desired). Salad bar with fifteen types of vegetables, three types of cold sauces and fried new potatoes. In our Astrocafé we have a wide range of soft drinks, beers and hot drinks at reasonable prices!

Room rental
Astropolis has three spaces that can be rented. Ideal for meetings, workshops, presentations, debates, etc…
The Astrocafé can accommodate 36 people and is equipped with two Digital Signage screens on which, for example, the program or a promotional video clip can be shown. The ‘Sputnik Lab’ workshop space, with a beautiful view of the ‘Nieuwe Koers’ park, can accommodate 25 people and is equipped with a desk, laptop, HD projector, remote control (with laser pointer), 2 meter wide screen and sound system. The ‘Lemaitre’ auditorium seats 54 people and is equipped with cozy seats, 5 m screen, 4K 3D projector, remote control (with laser pointer), 5 meter wide screen and Dolby Atmos sound system.
